Missing grandmother found alive after two days lost in rainy bushland

The disappearance of elderly adult female Margaret Lowden prompted a desperate search by emergency workers and members of Multiple sclerosis Lowden's local community last week involving helicopters, mounted police and drones.

Thankfully, after two deep years of probing, Ms Lowden was yet located in bushland little than one kilometre from her home.

Worry-laid low family members and constabulary held grave fears for Ms Lowden's welfare after outlay two nights unaccompanied in nippy, rheumy conditions.

"She was just shivering," SES volunteer David Fyfe told reporters .

"I don't think at that present she was able of expressing herself.

Ms Lowden was wrapped in a space across-the-board and carried to safety by emergency workers who comforted the grannie.

She was then transported to a local hospital where she is said to be ill remarkably well.

"She's very tough and feisty," said a home member. "We're looking gardant to seeing her."
